INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Independent State Vodka
  • .5 oz Olive Brine
  • .5 oz Spicy Ocra Brine
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake/strain in a martini glass. Garnish with olive and pickled okra.

SALTY STEER

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Independent State Vodka
  • Squeeze of Lime
  • 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • Top with Soda
DIRECTIONS

Build cocktail in a double old-fashioned glass. Add ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a Tajin rim and a thin slice of fresh Jalapeno.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Independent State Vodka
  • 2 oz Espresso
  • .75 oz Simple Syrup
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS

Build all ingredients in shaker tin. Add ice. Shake/strain into martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
